Helpdesk Advisor*Application Support required by our client, a leading provider of manufacturing and distribution software solutions, based closed to Huddersfield and Wakefield in Yorkshire. This role will see you providing telephone based and occasional site support to new and existing users of their software. To be considered you must have experience of working as part of a support team, supporting external customers (not just internal support), have Crystal Reports experience including working with totals, sub totals, formulas, parameters and table linking, have used SQL Server and client tools including Enterprise Manager and Query Analyser, an in-depth knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 2000*2003 Server and ideally ODBC data sources. A driving licence is also required.
